Over 40 Workshops for Seasoned & Novice Photographers
Seasoned and novice photographers searching for inspiration and solid hands-on training need look no further. Santa Fe Workshops recently announced its Summer/Fall 2007 schedule with a full-color 88-page catalog. The Summer/Fall season, which begins June 10, 2007, offers 48 photography workshops, including more than 20 workshops in the state-of-the-art digital facility, a variety of On-the-Road workshops, and 15 weeklong workshops in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
There are some scholarships available from Kodak, Nikon and others.
The Santa Fe Workshops is offering a number of scholarships for workshops held in Santa Fe through December 2007.
The KODAK EDUCATORS SCHOLARSHIP awards $895 to a deserving and talented photographic or digital educator.
The NIKON VISION SCHOLARSHIP awards two $895 scholarships to amateur and professional photographers in recognition of the individual vision that animates all great pictures.
THE CRAIG AURNESS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND, sponsored by Corbis, awards two $1250 scholarships to talented and deserving emerging professional photographers.
THE NICHOLAS DEILY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND, made possible by a generous donation to the Santa Fe Center for Photography from the Deily Family, awards two $1575 scholarships to the “Black-and-White Photography for Young Photographers” workshops as well as two Financial Assistance awards of $895 available to photographers in need.
